Coconut Whipped Cream!

I saw this on pinterest and had to try it! Take a can of coconut milk and refrigerate it. After a few hours or so (I left mine in for a day) all the creamy goodness floats to the top. Scoop it out and you have a nice coconut cream. What's left in the can is kind of thick coconut water, which is also tasty. Give it a try if you love coconut! :)
